HIFIT stands for High Intensity Functional Interval Training.
This class provides a great workout for anyone, even those who haven't exercised a day in eons. The focus is to improve our metabolic conditioning through a combination of exercises that shifts daily so we're constantly targeting different muscle groups throughout each week.

Higher Performance with Low-key Vibes.
This is a strength building class created to make fitness ultra accessible to all ages. That means helping anyone and everyone enhance their functional fitness levels through thoughtfully developed strength weight training programs.

Why Functional Fitness?
Because most of us aren't competitive athletes. So we design fitness goals around building strength that support long term joint health, injury preventions, and just being able to perform everyday tasks easier. Okay, maybe we don't mind looking strong either.
​
Zero weightlifting experience needed. You may feel more comfortable after first taking the Intro Package where you'll learn everything you need to get started, and have plenty of time to ask questions one-on-one, but our instructors will get you situated if you prefer to drop in instead.
